Me and Alan already planned this special occassion for months
and is time to announce to everyone we are getting ~ MARRIED~
I have been missing plenty of sleeps lately
due to excitment and tonnes of things to do.

Our ceremony will be an outdoor event
followed by high tea buffet @ the esplande ballroom
This ceremony will be grace by a very nice solemiser - Mr Tan Kian Hoon
and witness by My Dad and Alan's dad =)

We are about 70% in our preparation =)

~~ REGISTRY OF MARRIAGE ~~

We file for our marriage online on the 1st May 2009.

This is one of the most headache one =(
Eventually we chose Carlton Hotel because
1) Food is nice
2) Loaction (Outdoor + Indoor)
3) Nice Coordinator
4) In the central

I slected a few of my favourites but turns out, they either too pricey
or they are too isloated =(

Here are some of the venues i initally chose.

My first choice - Beach culture @ Pasis Ris - turn down by Bi due to weather condition

2) Changi Village Hotel - The MOST EXPENSIVE N ISOLATED ONE

Love their design but is too small to hold for 80 Guests

3) Goodwood Park Hotel

Didint reali fancy the design .. haha

The ceremony will be held beside the pool....

EVENTUALLY WE CHOOSE THIS ~ Carlton Hotel ( Courtyard) !!

Our wedding bands is from Goldheart - Celestial & Felicity Range

We went to the boutique twice before deciding on what we really wanted
The sales eventually reserved a few for us to choose on our next visit=)
and Wow La ~~ I found my fav!!

Mine is 'Tiffancy Inspired' and Bi's one was a simple one with a small diamond

Hmmm.. I'm finding my ideal design for my gown=)
We signed up our ROM package from Golden Horse Award- Marina

Well,
I went for my fitting twice and i rented 2 GOWNS for this ceremony =)
Heh Heh ..
Sound like Wedding Dinner hor..
Well when the day come, you guys will know what i mean.. haha

I have yet selected Bi's Suit, his fitting will be in July.
But i somehow already had in mind what colour he will be wearing=)

Before signing up with GHA, i did went a few places

1) DressMeUp
I fell in luv with one of the gown there but mum n dad commented very terriblely abt tat gown
I managed to snapped a few pictures thou...


The type of gown where front is short while the back is long =)

I pruposely add in the black lace, I EVEN PAY FOR IT without renting the gown.. haha..

Was thinking tat Bi's Tie will have tat Lace design too...

TOO BAD =(

Love the ribbon but the dress is too short for me...

2) Jazz bridal @ Liang Seah

Super Nice couture gown they have but is freaking too EX !
Was telling Bi the price i tink he almost fainted.. haha

3) Daniel Yam (CK Tang) with Desiree

Went shopping with desiree and we decided to try the gown for fun
We HAD fun .. Luv the design of the gown but definately dont suit me!

~~PHOTOGRAPHY~~

We hired a proferssional photographer - Uncle Lam =)
WHO happen to be dad's badminton fren and also both my cousins wedding photographer.
we love his work, and he quote us a very good price for this event...

We have yet arrange to meet him..
Hopefully can discuss the details with him

But we decline.. haha

After giving our deposit, i insist wanted to go to the couryard
to snap some pictures (thou is still dark)
In fact i frighten the staff thinking how come there are ppl taking picture of the location.
WHO CARES !! lolx
