We walked all the way to CCK gym ..
thks god the rain stop !

hehe .. (I am the main LEAD OK!!)

Is been long since i last exercise ..
but whenever i go gym .. i thot of Timmy Zhuo ..

flashes of memories came back again..
esp me always rushing him whether he finish his gym already ...!

free weights n all exercising machines ..
-the one who helps me overcome my fear of Trackmill
-the one who taught me how to improve my stamina ..
-also the one who Drag me out of bed n pull me to Gym ..

Back to the Gym stuffs ..
I head straight to the trackmill ..
10 laps of coz .. haha .. my usual routine ..
to the chest machine den the Abs machine ...
total of 5 sets each !! keke

when we are about to go home
HEAVY donwpour again !
me n En Ning juz run under the rain ..
He such a Nice small Fellow.. Gave me his RP shirt coz i totally Drench..
Thks ah .. Sat den treat u drink coke ..

Quickly get home n get a warm bath ..
